Any one do this upgrade?  I believe that in the video they kept the ride height the same on the front and added 2 inches in the back.

One of the issues that has almost always plaqued CFMs is regardless whether they use a dual-rate single spring or separate springs in a dual rate setup, the lighter section always either tends to collapse and fail with heavy use or coil-binds well before the main spring starts to move. In this video the rear springs are a prime example. What you want is for the main spring to start movement before the lighter one coil binds or reaches its bottom...a smoother "transition" if you will...which the new springs do make happen. From experience, nothing improves the ride of a CFM machine like a new set of Elkas or Bandits but..coming in a solid second is a spring replacement. Although I have a set of Bandit shocks on front, I still have their replacement springs on the stock rear shocks and still love the ride improvement.  So, yeah, this is definitely an improvement and worth looking into. JMO

No one makes a set of aftermarket springs for the 950 yet that I know of except for these MSC "Tender" or light springs so just get those. Hopefully someone like Bandit will make a set soon. One thing most can expect with the stock springs is a slow collapse over time. The MSC's won't at least.. but expect to have to adjust the preloads to maintain the ride height every 800-1200 miles. Mine stopped after replacing the springs with North American made. It was always the "tenders" or lights that collapsed first so maybe after replacing them it won't be nearly as bad. Here's an example- this is a video I made of my swaybar mount relocate to show the increased articulation which was done before the new Bandit springs. It shows the Tender sections 99% collapsed and coil binding most of the time at about 1100 miles.

I was told these springs will fit Z950 Sport   https://allthingzutv.com/cloud-9-full-spring-kit/  Gave it a 3  inch lift.

Thinking of giving it a try. 

Need to find some arched rear tie rods.  Snagged a rock a week ago and the lower one is bent pretty bad.   3 weeks to get stock ones.  This is a 950 HO EX, 63 inch.  I find them for the sport which is a 60 inch machine.

Looks like RT Pro makes their springs so..if they fit, they may be a good choice. Not sure about that much extra lift though.

How do you know this?  Curious.

yes that would be a lot of lift.  I was thinking of blocking the vehicle on my hoist and seeing how it would handle such a lift.  I could also make some brackets to do this.   One of my concerns on such a lift is if the shock will be over extended and what would happen to it.

On second look through their products they list springs from HL, RT Pro and Cloud 9...and these are from Cloud 9. Sorry.
