Was working on upgrading the clutch on the 2022 ZForce 950 HO Sport and aside from the cover being a real pain to get off (different from the videos I've seen) the secondary nut is frozen, used a 2' breaker bar and no go (lefty loosey). Ended up upgrading the primary side only and buttoned it up. Machine has about 1000 miles and only runs in the desert. I read someone having this issue several years back. Gonna call the dealer tomorrow and see what they think.

They use the same secondarys as they did in mine's day and mine was also one that had frozen with rust...and it has less then 500 miles on it. And also being in NM it was also run in dry conditions. I broke two breaker bars with 3' cheater pipes-one being a Craftsman (not over that yet). I made a special spanner wrench to hold it solid, heated the nut several times, sprayed every penetrating oil I could find and it sit over many nights...and yes even tried my 300ftlb 1/2" air impact... nothing..I could not get it and was about to give up. Then I bought this 1000ftlb air impact..which probably only gave me 5-600ftlbs with my smaller air hose.. and cranked my compressor up to 150psi ..and got it. It not only had some kind of thread locker but the contact area between the nut and the clutch hub has rusted. I cleaned it up and always put a little grease on it when I have it apart. No more issues.

I did have the thought of loading it up and taking it a tire shop to have them use one of their 1" truck-tire impacts on it.. but didn't.

Seeing if I can get the dealer to break it loose, they're closed Mondays. Want to get that new spring in there.

Load it up and take it and your 36mm socket over to a Discount Tire. Flip them 10 bucks for hitting it with one of their big impacts. Be sure to tell them its Leftie-loosie.

When you get it off what will you be clocking the clutch to?

Was going to clock to B3 but I ended up getting a spring from MSC (Stage 2 kit)and they recommend B1 for that one.
Just put 30x10 Aramid Terrabites on the OE bead locks. This rocky terrain was brutal on the OE tires.
