Was working on upgrading the clutch on the 2022 ZForce 950 HO Sport and aside from the cover being a real pain to get off (different from the videos I've seen) the secondary nut is frozen, used a 2' breaker bar and no go (lefty loosey). Ended up upgrading the primary side only and buttoned it up. Machine has about 1000 miles and only runs in the desert. I read someone having this issue several years back. Gonna call the dealer tomorrow and see what they think.
Any thoughts?
