Hi All,
I had wheel bearings complete replacement once I had approx 300km odo.
I did change all suspension bushings, steering tie rods, uniballs and (again) wheel bearings at milage of 700km. Now I hit 1200km odo, and wheel bearings are again showing to much play.
I do lubricate basically after every longer drive/wash. I hate mud so avoid it, also rarely going through creeks or rivers. 90% of my riding is going fast through trails in woods like rally stages (hard sand in my area a bit bumpy few jumps) and I do ride in old sand mines. I get that bearings get a lot of stress but it seems they wear to fast. Do you guys have any aftermarket recommendations that would work better than oem?

I know their bearings are not the best and they don't use much grease but I have never heard anyone get so few km or miles out of a set...as well as bushings. One would think it has 2" spacers on it.

Well, it is what it is. I know invoice is in Polish but to add proof i will post 700km service invoice (parts only i do maintenance myself) - 32 bushings position 2, 4 bearings position 1, position 5 is tie rods and position 2 on 2nd page is 4 uniballs for the rear.  ;D
Exact milage is 1152 as per today.
Like I said i do a lot of high speed (well at least for whats vehicle offering) runs, did a few good rollovers etc but in the end I don't do mud baths or rock crawling so not that abusive.

Vehicle is bone stock. No spacers, standard wheels with oem tires. No engine remap, no rev limiter adjustment.

I have not even played with ride high yet, but planning to put it lower - don't need clearance but would apreciated a bit lowered center of gravity. I will probably also do remap and increase rev limiter to 8300-8500 (don't know yet) but need to make sure I've sorted other issues. Also brakes are close to replacement and haven't yet dig in to it - hope there are some upgrades available.

So any tips? Maybe Timken or other brand? Did anyone tested something elese?

So yesterday got myself 3 new sets of bearings.
- PFI
- SKF
- Febi Bilstein
For those who don't know - all 4 wheel bearings are the same for 950 Sport Gen 2. Dimensions are:
30mm internal diameter
60mm external diameter
37mm width
I'm assembling Zforce using PFI first and will see how long they will last.
