I just installed a lift kit in my customers 2020 Zforce 1000 and he's looking to install 29" tires. I have no experience with clutching CFmotos, anyone have a good setup for larger tires? Anybody know what the MSC clutch kit weights weigh? What spring rate are they using?

You will not find them on any CFM documentation that I know of. You will..like most others...have to pull the primary spring and weights. Then using this chart, match the spring's colors to the chart and actually measure the weights in grams. The secondary spring just gets re-clocked as needed.

2015 Z Force 800 53/Trail EPS

I'm not for sure what the MSC weights weigh, but most people go with 18g weights.  If you want to save some money on the weights and to just see what the difference is you can add weight by using US Penny's.

2020 CF MOTO ZForce 950 Sport
30" AMS M1's
14" AMS Roll'n 106's
CF MOTO/MB Quart Overhead Sound Bar
CF MOTO Lower Door Inserts
CF MOTO Side Mirrors
HDM 1.5" Wheel Spacers
18g Primary Clutch Weights
200-1600 Primary Clutch Spring
Re-clocked Secondary to B3

I'm not sure what MSCs are now.  I was going to try their new secondary spring but apparently they have changed weights.  I was told the new kit would not work with the old.

Not to high jack your thread.

I have a Z950 and looking to go to a larger tire, probably 34s or 35s. Ive read a bit, and seems changing out both primary and secondary springs and weights my be the way to go.

I already know MSC has their stage 2 clutch kit, but honestly can't see spending what they want for it. Considering I can get a primary spring and weights for $60ish.

Hoping some clutch guys can chime in on what springs and weights to run.

Thanks
