« on: December 14, 2021, 12:25:10 PM »
Dear friends,

It is possible to change my zforce 950 belt without remove clutchs?

For exemple if i brake my belt into thé forest, and with minimum tools.

Have you any tips?

Thanks

I understand they made the changes to the case that will allow you to do so but some still have the same trouble...see videos below. Still need one 6mm bolt to open the secondary. Hopefully someone that has will chime-in to confirm..or deny that statement :)

I heard you can wrestle it out of there, but it would be extremely tight.  I always carry a belt since I seem to be hard on them.  I put together a kit to keep with me on the trail with sockets to just take off the secondary and half the primary.   I also carry my battery 1/2 impact.

Just FYI.  The 2022s have a different cvt cover design which allows for more room to slip the belt over the secondary.  The redesign also allows more airflow for lower cvt temps.
