Ok my Z Force 500ho was Squealing in park & Natural. What they found was when we started it up the primary clutch was moving In  1/4 inch.   Just  touching the belt causing the squeal.
So what is the fix?   Well  the RPM was at 1750 .  So  CF Moto sent a new tune to bring the RPM down to 1500 RPM . Just like magic the Squeal was gone.   So a big thumbs  Up to (Star Cycle ) Mankato MN. For a great job.

I think that's still too high. I know...I know.. the 800s are supposed to be 1300 +- 100 and the 500s are 1400+- 100 but I'm old-school and idle..in my day.. means between 600 and 900. 

Im old school to my dodge ram Idles at 600rpm After having a custom Tune done. But they installed the  tune Cf Moto  sent them.  Next month im sending the PCM
to (Wholesale ATV) to be reflashed.   I Talked to the tech.  He raises the rev limiter . Speed limiter & Changes the fuel curve . Timing & bring down the rpm.  He said it will relly wake it up low end.
