My Zforce 2019 500HO i mad my 3rd oil change today at 3000km and i notice metal shaving in the cover of the oil filer its like color of aluminium... Is this normal to have shaving at the millage ?  I never notice anyting before even on the first oil change

I see it on the first one on many but not so much on ones with three or more changes. Not much you can do about it, just keep your eye on it. Makes me think the strainer should be cleaned on yours though..that's going to tell some stories.
