Can someone post photos how the nets are installed in the cab (mount points).  Ours weren't installed and dealer is shipping them out to us.

I probably should have taken pics of mine before removal...it's been so many years now I almost don't remember how they were mounted but I do remember the lower front straps on both has just screws into the lower kick panels left and right, through the plastics and into some steel as I recall. The holes are still there and I can take a photo. That the front uppers were straps around the cage somewhere or above the mirror mounts and the back-upper was also a strap. I don't remember what the lower rear was..probably a screw into the plastics

I took mine off to install factory doors, but here is a cropped and zoomed image that might show what you need.
