2016 Zforce 500 modifications
« on: March 07, 2017, 11:13:16 AM »
Hello new to the forum. I have a 2016 zforce 500 and am having a lot of troubles finding any info on anything about it lol. I have spent hours seaching this forum and have found a few things that I must do such as relocating air filter and battery. But I have a few questions.

1st is there any tricks to adjust clutch for some more torque? Would definitely like to get rid of some top speed and gain some bottom end.

2nd how about exhaust upgrade? Only thing I can think of is to make my own.

3rd how about a "chip" / programmer or new injector  or anything of the such.

And my 4th has nothing to do with power but will the 800 arched control arms fit my 500??

We mainly use the machine for hunting80% of the time. Taking my dogs for a run the other 20% so it's very rarely slow going and would be nice to have the pulling power when need be.

Thanks in advance any and all Info is much appreciated.

I have an 800 so I don't really know whats different on the 500. On the 800 you can clock the secondary and get more acceleration if the 500 is the same its not too hard and there are some guides to doing it. Exhaust I wouldn't bother with they are expensive and don't do much for power and just make them annoyingly loud. There are chips and stuff they may make slight difference (not worth it IMO). Your best power gain feel will be with clutching by far I would concentrate there.  As far as the A-arms If the main frames are the same (I assume they are) they will bolt on, if you have the same width stance as an 800 then the A-arms are likely the same so 800 parts would work. I would just look up parts for the 500 and 800 and compare part numbers for the arms. This is ALL speculation. I don't have a 500 and have never even seen one in person.
