hey guys
I am the unfortunate owner of a 16 Zforce 500HO. Online it says the engine takes 15w40 (2.2L). Has anyone used synthetic oil in theirs??

The 500 HO has a dry clutch. Any good quality auto motive syn oil will do. I have Mobil 0W40 in mine for the harsh winter months and hot summers (1 oil change a year due to low mileage) but 5W40 would be adequate as well.

Oh cool, I didn't know those had a dry clutch thanks for the info.
T6 will still work just as well. I like it due to the cost, I think around $20 at my local Wal-Mart =)

Yes it is dry clutch. There was a miss print in the Canadian owners manual (that I'm aware of). An email to CFMOTO confirmed that they will fix it in the next release.

I have an 800, I just assumed it was the same.
