when i was driving atv suddenly stops and when i try to start again i hear this noise and very poor performance and it shut downs in like 15-20 seconds

If you ask me..I'd say that she's just lost the rod bearing. Do not run it again unless you plan on a complete engine replacement.

How much oil is in the sump?

My first step would be to pop off the valve cover and check the timing and valve train.

Will it just idle vid sounds like you touched the throttle
If so
Try Pulling your clutch cover
off give them a look at it's just a thought

allready looked clutch cover no problem there

I was just hearing things I usually only hear when rod bearings have been spinning a while. Hopefully I am 100% wrong. Maybe a chain tensioner has come apart and a chain is really loose. Pop the top and check chain tension.

pop that too look chain chain tension all no problem

what year is the 600 us model cdn model or europe model...I'd check everything from electrical, to spark plug, might be loose .....lol
