Iron Baltic skid plate
« on: February 10, 2024, 07:43:13 AM »
Will finish up installing a Iron Baltic skid plate on my 600 touring today. I just have the 2 floorboard supports and A arm guards to go. The install was easier than I thought. Lots of hardware but if you follow the instructions to a tee, you'll be ok. Instructions are a little vague and mostly pictorials with part #s so must pay close attention. I'm really impressed with the fit and finish of it so far and it is extremely thick plastic. My original skid plate had holes and tears in it and I don't even ride on rocky terrain. Its just from branches and sticks flying up. Sorry I don't know how to post pics on this site. Just wanted to share my experience if your considering replacing your factory skid.
