Intermittent Horn

Has anyone dealt with an intermittent horn?  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!  ;D

Has to be a bad switch or relay (if it has one). Could also be the horn itself...it is all Chinese after all. :) Should be easy enough to test.
