How do you mount accessories to the racks?
« on: August 08, 2020, 09:23:19 AM »
I realize this is a silly question, but the last ATV's I purchased all had tubular racks.  I have been scouring the web to find compatible gun/bow mounts and rear cargo boxes and am coming up empty.  Can anyone tell me how they have mounted things like Koplin bow/gun holders to the front of their CFMOTO CForce bikes?

I thought most gun / bow mounts had universal mounts for flat mounting surfaces as well as tubular.  From what I can remember, I thought some members were saying that some Polaris Lock and Ride mounts work as well as some of the mounts for the CanAm's.  For my rear box, I removed some of the bolts that hold the plastic rack to the frame and drilled corresponding holes in my box and used a slightly longer bolt with a washer and bolted the box that way.  For my front basked I did the same thing. I don't use any gun / bow mounts, but I had them on my RZR and they were a universal tube clamp system.

For the rear box, the 2nd seat is removed, but can easily be reverted back to a 2 seat configuration. The box is actually for a Kawasaki Prarie.

The front basket / rack is a universal one from Quadboss.  I find it's easier to make it work for me than a front box would be.

Good luck in your searching.

I had the same questions as you. I removed all the tupperware from the square tubing, front and rear. Set the front box in place to determine which tupperware mounting bolt holes could be used with my box. Set box in place and then used marker from underneath to mark box bottom. Drilled holes in box and used  original bolts to mount with. Clean and sturdy with no ugly U-bolts used. Same for rear. Good luck.

I would think this Can-Am mounting system (LinQ Replacement Part 715001707) would work. It looks very similar to the one CFMOTO uses. And there are adapters available for the LinQ mounts.

I did find these quick release assemblies for the cargo racks, but they are only available in Australia for some reason.

Just a FYI, the posts on the linq mounts are about 1/2" to short to work on the 600 rack.

I'm having the same problem, was told the kolpin fit but they don't. Have you had any luck finding a gun rack that will work?

If you have a 3d printer,  I have attached the brackets needed.

Brother, you are awesome!  Of course someone made it in thingiverse!
Thank you very much.
...now to go bother my printer-owning friends....
