I have been chasing an electrical issue with this atv, came too the conclusion that it is the switch. Need some help to by pass the kill switch for now so I can make sure that it is the main source of the problem. Thank you!!!

You kind of need the wiring diagram to see what circuits are connected when the switch is in the RUN position. This one is for the older 500s but gives you an idea..and may help in helping you test the switch.

Can you send that again and put that on there I can only see about half of it due to a screenshot thank you so much

That's for the 500 so it won't be exactly the same and that's the complete capture so it has all the wire colors.
