So my wife has 40 miles on her c600 since Xmas and has used close to 7 gallons of gas, keep in mind we’re in our 50’s and like to have fun but don’t drive like animals, my z5 will go forever on that amount of fuel. No smoke, no running issues, just using a lot of fuel in my opinion, also pulled the cap off to look how much was in there because the light was flashing and the gas looked like it was boiling very fast. Sound normal? Thanks

Man I would get that checked-out right away. It can't be burning it as that amount would well flood it so it may be boiling it away as in a heat shield is missing under the tank...and that might be the recipe for a big BOOM.

My bad on the description, with key on, fuel pump running, gas is circulating real fast inside the tank, tried to post a video but didn’t work. Just didn’t look normal, I’ll call the dealer and see if they can look at one they have there, more concerns about fuel consumption, I’ll see what they have to say but not open till Tuesday, Seems like you guys are open 7 days 😁

Are you sure it used 7 gallons? Or was it just reading empty?

I've read lots of reports of the fuel gauge on the CForces flashing way to early.

Best way to check is to add fuel until it's full, and see how much it took. If it wasn't really down to it's last gallon when flashing, then have the dealer fix the gauge.

There is no way the thing used 7 gallons in 40 miles without a serious fuel leak.

That’s where I bought it, real nice people there, and they gave me a much better deal than the guys in ma with no sales tax too, didn’t call them yet, a friend said the bubbling when low was probably just the return, just filled it up all the way, gonna keep track of how much it uses, ive been known to be wrong once or twice before

me as well, i bought 3 from Dan.
1xcf600 and 2 cf500EPS units.  So far so good just hit 25hrs and about to do oil changes.

My new 2019 CForce 600, right off the floor, always said it was empty of gas. I had the fuel sensor changed under warranty. Now I know that I have at least 1/2 tank, and the gauge says it's almost empty! I think their senders are just crap! I am going back to the old method of topping off before a trip and take an extra gallon along.

I reset my trip odometer with each fill up and go more by mileage than what the gas gage says. Currently getting around 65 miles per tank.

65 miles a tank? maybe w 2 people on it climbing hills, I just came back from Pittsburgh nh and did close to 80-90 per tank.
Not sure what to make of it.
Great place in lebanon, but def have Dan work on your stuff not his staff, found a few issues on return service visits, just double check everything.

Yes, actually most of the time I go out riding it's me and my daughter together so about 310 lbs of human cargo on board. That could explain the not so great gas mileage. What gear is most people riding in with these rigs? RPM's are pretty high in low gear.
