UPDATE 10/5/2020
Dropped unit off at dealer. Said there is a couple recalls and one of them bring a EVAP canister delete. This should solve my fuel consumtion issues. Also was noted that all the issues im having should be covered under warranty. Said they promise to have it back to me on NOVEMBER 30th. We shall see!

ill keep updating as i get more information!

Thanks all!

Curious, where did you get the info on the recall?  I just purchased a 2020 CForce 600 Touring and just took it to the dealer on Friday for it's first service and they didn't mention anything and there's no info on cpsc.gov for the 2020 CF600 Touring.  I'm getting roughly 65miles on a tank and am curious how much this is going to help you, and if it does, how I might be able to talk my local dealership into doing the same.

Well service tech said there was a recall on EVAP Canister systems when i dropped it off. Come to find out this only applys to 500HO and 800. not the 600 series. So they told me theres nothing wrong with fuel consumption told me it was due to wrong belt... lame game to get away from diagnoising a true issue.

I am finally ready to pick my unit up on Thursday after amost a little over 2 months. Lets hope its atleast driveable and ill pick the technicians brain on why these things consume so much fuel. I just cant see why these are having issues with only getting so much miles a gallon. I have a buddy that has a honda and i have to fill up twice to his once... quite sad..

Ill let you know if i get any detail on Thursday 12/10/2020!

P.S. Excited to get my unit back. Damn thing is fun to ride!

As for the RPM issue: I installed a 1015 spring, 14g weights and clocked to C2. That gives me a low gear shiftout of 6800 RPM, a high gear shiftout of 6200 RPM and a 30MPH cruise of 5200 RPM. It pulls just as hard in high gear now as it did in low before. High as it seems to rev, it gets very good fuel mileage for an ATV, about 30 MPG on relatively flat ground.
My fuel gauge, however, not so accurate: when it reads empty, I actually have about 2 gallons left in the tank, maybe 2.2 gallons. I have gone 130 miles without refueling or running out of gas, but it took every bit of 4 gallons to fill it back up!
It sounds like it's over-revving, but the motor is operating in its happy range!
