2020 CForce 600 Touring Accessory Light Wiring
« on: April 18, 2022, 06:23:08 PM »
Hello,
this may come off as a stupid question, but this is my first time doing a modification like this to my quad and I am having some trouble. I am trying to add some LED whip lights and LED rock lights to my 2020 Cforce 600 touring and would like to have it all wired to my ignition switch (some how) so that when I turn the key, power is sent to the whip lights and rock lights (just like everything else works on the quad). I have already removed all the plastics successfully but I am having lots of trouble figuring out how and where to tie into the ignition switch though. Would I tie into the fuse/relay box on the front end of the quad or use some sort of an existing accessory wire which one dealership told me about? And how would it get wired exactly. And I know I am probably already dragging this question out, but would I also then be able to wire an additional toggle switch between the light and where it ties into the ignition, so that if it was day time I could still toggle them off if I wanted? I prefer to avoid going from a toggle switch straight to the battery just based on preference of how everything else is wired.
Any diagrams, videos, explanations or other help would be extremely appreciated. Thank you!

Items being installed:
Nirider Whip Lights
Mictuning C2 RGBW Rock Lights

Most people just tie-into the accessory plug wire. Its keyed, fused and yes you can put a switch between the connection and the light where ever you want. You can use it's ground or go straight to any frame or engine bolt. Cake.

Is that the wire underneath the dash? Do you know the type of connector it is and what Amperage fuse it is linked to? And if it can handle both the load of the rock lights and whip lights on that same wire?
Thank you

Just tie-into the power wire to the accessory plug. It will be on the 10amp acc fuse in the box.
