Went riding with my brother yesterday. Some of these trails where VERY rocky and the belly plates on the Z8 got a workout. I need to add an inch or two of height on the rig if I want to keep up with him in the future. Gonna add some additional preload and slow down the shocks a bit today.

His 800 XC is pretty impressive in the rocks.

This wasn't the worst of it but the only video we took. Need to get a Go-Pro.

The video doesn't do the down angle justice, but it does show just how much control the engine brake gives while crawling this machine.

Going back up that segment was far more entertaining requiring 4WD lock and a bit of enthusiastic throttle.

Added a ton of pre-load front and back. Up 1 3.4 inches.

Front shock bumper stop was pretty mashed, so the added pre-load should help.

Slowed the shocks way down too.

Rides a little stiffer, but still with some give and more potential to absorb heavy down force.
