Rouch Outdoor world
« on: April 11, 2021, 05:55:18 PM »
Went for my first off road ride in my 2021 zforce 500 on Monday.  My cousin went along who edits video as a hobby and he took a video.  We both had a blast!!  We went to Rouch Outdoor World in Sturgis, Michigan.  Here is a video he compiled:

Also took my 7 year old to a ride in Culver, Indiana this Saturday/Sunday.  We stayed the night but it rained almost the whole time.  Trails got real muddy with lots of ruts.  I have to admit I layed it over coming out of a corner.  Sad that it put a small crack in a side fairing, debating about replacing the fairing or just keeping it as a battle wound.

On a side note, THANK YOU everyone for recommending the uni filter and outerwears pre filter.  After Rouch, the airbox was absolutely horrible!!  I'm certain I'd be looking at a top end soon if I had that paper filter installed!!

Oh, and my son and I were wearing helmets and seat belts and we were fine, he was a little nervous but ready to ride the very next day.

Looks like you had some fun.  Be careful out there, I'm glad that you both were wearing helmets and seatbelts and were not hurt.  I don't know about the plastics on a Zforce, but I know they are pricey on the Cforce, I cracked my front and rear fender when my 800XC was still new, so I opted to replace them.  Was about $1K for both fenders.

Yeah, I was not too happy.  At least the new fenders seem more flexible.
