I have ordered 3 different part numbers for the broken rack piece on the 800XC, two of them have come in and are the same part, but not the part I need. I'm waiting for the third part number to come in, hopefully, it is the right piece, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm guessing CF Moto discontinued the part I need and replaced it with the part they are sending. Anyway, I was able to get out for another ride but took the RZR since I haven't re-welded the piece for the 800 XC. My riding buddy was 6 1/2 hours late this time, then he got lost and couldn't find where I told him I would meet him, so I had to try to locate him. I finally did, about 3 hours after he got into the area. It didn't help that he would let me know where he was near and then would move on before I got there. Oh well. It was a nice ride, it rained for about 1/4 of the ride. I got pretty good at putting on and taking off my rain gear. Covered about 84 miles in a little over 14 hours of riding. The wildlife was a little more cooperative on this ride. Saw some deer, a grouse and some elk. I was surprised the grouse and elk hung around long enough for me to get photos.
