Finally got out for another ride.  First time in close to a year if not more.  Fires in the area have kept things closed and personal issues have kept me from getting out, not for lack of trying though.  Looks like most of my future rides will be solo.  A few photos of the ride.  One piece of equipment that didn't survive the fire.  For NMKawierider, the landmark "boulder in the middle of the trail" has been moved off the trail.

Great photos. I need to get out too. When my friend gets back from Co we are going for a ride up there for a day ride. Looks so different this time of year. A little sad to hear about the boulder...but I guess fire crews need to get back in there.

I was sad to see the boulder gone as well.  You are right though, they needed to get fire equipment up there.  This is the first time in over 20 years I have seen the gate by the boulder closed.
