Lots of mud....LOTS of mud. There are some pretty decent trails to ride on, but inevitably you'll find mud. There are also hills that range from bunnies to mini-mountains that you just have to laugh at because somebody actually rides them.
The staff there is very nice and welcoming and it's got full campsite amenities if you bring an RV. The camping area is based around a lake. If you want to ride solo it's $10 and if you have a passenger it's $15. They have gas and diesel pumps on site and the check-in station has a convenience store in it. There are public showers with hot water, but not the nicest in the world so bring some shower sandals. I think there's also a restaurant on-site, but we've never eaten there. Nobody bothers you, but they just expect you to use common sense and respect their property.
