I have 2020 uforce 800. Bought in June..I think I put August on the other post..my bad.  Anyway...I know I put over 40 gallons in it and my mpg to date today is 264..with 66 hrs.   I don't run it hard at all..it's a yard machine on the he small farm.  After break in I tried to see what top speed I could get..53mph is top speed..it seems it 🌟 s to big down big time when go up a small incline. Also when first start it every single time it stalls..I have to hold pedal down a little when start to keep it from stalling on first start up..After that it is fine most the day..Thanks al for replies in advance..Dan

I think I would have a look at the idle air controls valve and the throttle position sensor. Both have been known to have issues with CFM.

Mine would stall when I first started it, I changed the air filter and it stopped doing it. Not sure if the air filter actually helped or it was just a coincidence.

My 2019 UF 800 only rarely stalls after initial start up.  I learned to turn the key to on and wait a moment for the electric fuel pump and ECU to build full fuel pressure and sample engine and air temperature and barometric pressure before cranking.  All computer controlled engines do this and need this after sitting overnight.

Hi, in regard to the 2017 U800, I'm after the torque setting for the left hand threaded nut, holds the wet clutch on the crankshaft?

Photos attached, the workshop manual says 70nm on one page and 105nm on another.

Thanks

Sad isn't it. That's not the only one that has different torque references. And I'll bet the torque data table shows one of these or something else all together.  Lets see..70nm is 51.6 ftlbs. Seems a little light but possible especially with a left-hand threaded retainer. 105nm is 77.5ftlbs which is close to the other clutches torque..but high for the nut and shaft size. Lets see what the chart says...Hmm..they call it something else but measure the shaft size, if it's close to 18mm, then looks like they want the 70nm. If I were faced with this, I would say there are two places that say 70nm but as it is an 18mm shaft and should take much more...and that seems a bit light, think I would shoot for 80..85nm..maybe 90..only 5nms at a time.. and put a drop of loc-tite on for gp.

Hey thanks for that. It's a 24mm nut. I'll checkout the shift diameter later.

Thanks
