Good. Just keep in mind fuses blow because the load down-stream is higher then it's rating. This can mean the fan motor is pulling more then it should and if so, will go out sometime as well as blow that fuse again.
Do you think I should just go ahead and replace the fan?

Not yet but if it blows it again with no reason.. like getting mud or weeds in it,.. then having it tested at least would be a good idea. Me..I'd replace it if it ever blew a fuse again just for GP. Keep an eye on it. Overheating is the #2 cause of engine failure for CFM. #1 is particle ingestion from POS OE air filters.
