I had a bent connecting rod and a bent steering rack. replaced with new parts and proceeded with the alignment.

I used 2 strips of plywood for straight edges, with blocks of wood tied to the back wheels. started measuring and found the rear driver side wheel is toe out 1 inch over 8 feet.

Is there any toe adjustments for the rear wheels?

Nope..none other then using a frame machine and doing some tweeking. Double-check all your bushings.
