Purchased Uforce 800 a few weeks ago. Second Cfmoto product I've owned and the third I am intimately familiar with. Their air intake systems have perplexed me. There always seems to be a restriction somewhere. Installed snorkels on the first two and it really helped with performance. The Uforce has a "rubber" oval tube between the intake and air filter box. It gets very warm here. It doesn't take much heat to make this part soft. Even at rest it looks like it is somewhat pinched. When the engine is under load it almost collapses. As an experiment I removed the cover of the air box and went for a test ride. There was a remarkable difference in pickup and power. I am going to make a homebrew snorkel for this thing. Even if it is a stub of 2 inch pipe out the top of the air box, that should do it. It surprises me that no one has marketed a snorkel kit for the Uforce.

Just a foot note, The oval intake port on the ZForce 800s works out to about 2.5". That's why I went with the 2.5" fittings from it to my 3" stacks. And if you think about it, the air filter adapter is 2.25" so to keep vacuum off the air box the box inlet has to be at least 2.25" or larger...not 2".

Just FYI, in a few weeks I am going to make an air intake for this machine to bypass the stock setup. When I do I will make a video of how I did it and will post it on youtube. Let me know if you want my channel name.

My 2-1/2" fittings and turbo pipe just shipped, so hopefully my snorkel build will take place next week.  Shipping times have been horrible lately.
