Already? Didn't you just get that? Warranty won't cover it?

My Cfmoto mechanic made a warranty clam last summer and heard back a month later that the O2 Sensor was back ordered. Called him again this summer. I’m out of warranty and he said he would try to still have it warranted. Checked in with him every week for a month and he hasen’t heard from Cfmoto. At this point, I just want it fixed.

Bummer..and 183 seems a bit steep for a Chinese O2 sensor.  I just checked Kawasaki...they want 189 for theirs. Wow..

umm how are these any different from any O2s? I would be looking at buying a regular car one and using the connector off your old one.

You know..9 times out of 10 a failed O2 sensor has either failed internally or contaminated with a material that can't be extracted. But once in a while they get a surface contamination with a material that enough can be extracted that will enable the sensor to operate again. This takes soaking the end in a solvent that leaves no residue such as mass airflow sensor cleaner for several hours. Then exposing the end to a clean heat source like a propane torch held away so heating is slow and just under red hot all the way around. You can check the results before and after with an Ohm meter between cold and hot to see if there is any difference. If cold it shoes an open circuit ...then it would be a waste of time.

Took out the O2 Sensor today. Looks like it’s made by Delphi. Said Delphi re94 25325359 3244 c1, on the Sensor. Wish I could find a NGK or Bosh replacement.

This one crosses with Delphi re94s. There are others out there. Just need to look.

Found a universal four wire heated O2 sensor from NGK for $50. Works perfectly. B1A1B6 23141. I had to use the old connector.

Hey all I hate to resurrect an older thread but I did want to point out I took a gamble based upon the part number on that NGK sensor on my 2020 Cforce 400... It worked! I soldiered on the old connector and that stopped my check engine light. My original 02 sensor was a Bosch "lsf4, 0 258 006 937, 073081 bosch china 566" I was getting P0134 within minutes and the bike ran sluggish and sometimes wouldn't start without playing with the throttle. It only has 34 hours on it and around 300 miles... Pretty disappointing. I have read over the forum a lot and wanted to say thank you for this great little tip! Hopefully this helps others get there's fixed for cheap and not having to wait for a only from China part.
Good info. Thanks!
