Hey Everyone.
I have a 2018 Uforce 800 with just over 6000Km. So just recently I was traveling down the road and had the pedal to the floor and the machine got to 70k/h and it felt like it hot a wall and would not go any faster. It sounded like the engine was struggling , I let off on the throttle and the engine smoothed out and was able to get a bit more speed . I put it to the floor and checked the RPM and it would not go past 5500 RPM and the injector light came on .  I stopped and and shut down the machine and started it back up and the light went off and tried again in low and still can't get it passed 5500RPM. I checked the clutches and cleaned them and sure there's a small Grove in the primary sheeve but I can't see that causing the issue.  If I put it in neutral and rev it up with no problems it revs up to 7700RPM no problem.  I checked the manual and can't really find anything relating to the issue.
Has anyone ever had that issue before and what was the fix.

There could be several reasons for this situation. One might be a dirty air filter causing air restriction and that would cause the o2 sensors to get coated in raw gas which will cause the EFI/MIL light to come on. There there are people like me that live and ride in higher elevations. For every 1000 feet you go up, you loose about 3% of your power. I ride between 7000 and 12,000 feet so you can imagine. For me without my from and rear windshields on a level road are 6000 feet I can hit 67mph and hit the rev limiter. No so any higher though. But add the resistance of those windshields and my speed drops to about 52 and the RPMs won't go over about 5600 no matter how many colorful words of encouragement it gets...lol. For you I would look at air supply and fuel supply. Make sure she has full pressure and volume on the fuel and that the air filter isn't being restrictive in any way.
