That shaft is wobbling around for some reason so...has to be something to do with the set clutch or one-way...unless the shaft is bent but that seems unlikely. Check it though.

OK soi i got some more parts to tryt his again. I got a new one way bearing and when its together with cover i can turn the primary shaft counter clockwise but not clockwise, This says from all the info i read that this is correct.

WHat is a good oil to run in this machine with wet clutch, also does the wet clutch get its oil from engine side. I cant find a good manual just a quad manual with minimal info.

Gets it's oil from the engine. Any with a JASO MA2 rating is fine but use either 10w40 or 15w40. You can drop the first number in very cold conditions but not the second and don't exceed the w40..its tough on the pressure reliefs. And it is my opinion.. that if you do not replace the shaft, both bearings as well as the oneway.. and seal, you won't fix the problem. While there take a really close look at the clutch shoes & springs. Something is going on there with those marks on the bell.

Good...that should cover it. Just don't run it with the belt on and the cover off. It needs that outer support bearing to keep it straight.

I has been well over a year since the last post. What was the conclusion of this issue?
Had a 2017 Zforce 800EX, traded to a 2020 Uforce 800
