My Uforce was purchased new 14 months ago. I have unusual wear on the outside edges of the tread, both sides. It's like the "cupping" one gets on a full size vehicle. Doesn't look like there is any adjustment anywhere. Has anyone had this issue before?

That is the #1 indicator that your toe-in is set too high. You guys in AZ can ride on your roads so it's more critical that it be set correctly...in fact a little less then the book says. For you it should be not more then 3/16". I use 3/32" toe-in. Right now I'll almost bet yours is well over 10mm...maybe over 1/2". Just set it correctly. It won't put the rubber back on the tire but you will get more life out of this set. The next set won't wear like that.

Thanks. Can you suggest the equipment I should get to do this?

There are a number of videos on YT showing the string method. That works well. Just remember that you have to add both the toe-in settings together for the total amount of toe. I did one many years ago for my Brute Force with the easy-steer p/s system that I'll post below. Disregard the P/S parts and apply the general stuff to your application. Again, there are others out there as well and on these the total toe-in is for you not more then 3/16 so cut that in half for each side. Even nearer to zero would be fine for you.

I don't know, another thing to check when one gets a new buggy.
I will say this, twice I had the nut on the right side lower control arm come off and the bolt backed 1/2 way out. The second time I put two nuts on it to lock it, not going to deal with it out in the field again. I also keep several spare nuts plus extra tools to deal with it if it happens again. After that I had the uneven wear. The string and jack stand method did the job great. I appreciate all the help.
