I am wondering if anyone else has found a fix or a work around for the heat issue on the passenger’s side.
The heat coming off the center console area on the passenger’s side is extremely bad for the person sitting there.
It is hot on the driver’s side also but a lot worse on the passenger’s side.
Has anyone found a cure for this of something that will help?

On the Zs, the the firewall plastics have a substantial gap between it and the..well the entire front clip, top and fenders..which allows most all the heat blasting back from the radiator to enter the cab from all directions. I was able to stop 95% of it by stuffing 3"x3" strips of memory foam from an old mattress topper I had all the way around. Not easy in some areas but worth it. I still had some hot air coming in the console and through the opening where the steering stem went through so I made some shields to cover that and the opening where the radiator hoses come through. That cut another 5%. Still have a little and its mostly when the fan is running...got to find that one...anyway all that and sealing up all the other open holes in the cab has helped a lot. The UFs probably have some of the same design issues.

This is on my Uforce 800. It's not from hot air coming through the gaps or firewall. It's from just the heat coming through the center-wall plastic.

Hi, I am curious if you found any relief from the heat at the center console? I too have a Uforce 800, I have found folks are using stick on reflective element rated at 2000 degrees. I have not done anything to my unit yet.

My wife is the one that rides in the passenger seat.
Our solution that she uses that helps, is to use a piece of as car sunshade.
We use the one that has a shiny reflective outside on bother sides but the bubble wrap material in the middle.
It is not a 100% cure, but it helps with the heat on the passengers legs.

Hey guys, I had the same issues with my U 800. The heat when on rides was unbearable. I put mine up on ramps and removed the skid plate, bunch of 10mm bolts. It's a plastic shield so not hard to remove. I them was able to put some pipe insulation on the coolant lines and used some heat /noise insulation on the sides of the tunnel. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I4F0D5E?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Between doing this and insulating the air cleaner box/console, it has made a significant difference. Heat is greatly reduced as well as cab noise is reduced. You can actually have a conversation without having to yell! Makes a ride more enjoyable.
