I've got 2k miles on mine with hard use. I'm going to change out the belt after 2500 mi. I need to know what I'm in for. So if anyone can give me an idea, I would appreciate it.

Belt changes on all are pretty much the same especially on the 800s. There are some videos out there that will help as well as some in our How-Tos that show how to remove the clutches. You will want to clean and service them anyway. Just some specific tools and torque specs will be needed.
