« on: September 22, 2017, 03:53:41 AM »
Pulled my CVT to put 25 gr Pulleys in the primary............took the rollers out and surprise: they are 33 gr.
I never knew that the rollers are 33 gr. Anyone here heard of that ?????

I wanted to ride with 25 gr Pulleys and the secondary in B2................

Never heard of that. Could someone have changed them out in the past? Did you buy this U800 new? Go a head with the 25 gram sliders anyway.

No, it is brand new..........but: in some country's here in Europe they can buy a U800 with 15 kW. They put a stop in the EFI.......I think the put in 33 gr in so the primaire will close/open at half peddel........ Thats possible. I will check the secundairy if they changed that to and go for 25 gr Pulleys and B2. Thanks.

Wow, 33g. I would almost think it would fall on its face with any incline. It's sold as a utility. Why would someone do that?

Has to be some mistake...you would think at 2500 it would be half-way shifted out with that weight. Be like taking off in a car in 3rd gear.

Some governments in Europe only accept these vehicles road legal with no more than 15 kW. Then you can get a license for them.
Otherwise it is not legal to drive on publik roads......
I will change my machine with 25 gr and B2; that should be the best, I think.
