Air Bags or Spring Blocks
« on: January 16, 2023, 05:25:16 PM »
I'm adding a lot of weight to the front of my 600.  Anybody know where to get Blocks or Bags?

If it's the plow be sure to counter it's weight with some blocks or something all the way to the tail gate in the bed and step-up the front preload on the shocks. The rears will be OK as is. That's usually all most people need.

I thought about a sand spreader for the back but maintaining the material (keeping it dry) looks to be a PITA....But I do plan on hanging a hydraulic Back blade off the hitch which would add a bit of weight.

To be right, whatever the plow weight is hanging-over the front axle is what needs to hang-over..or past the rear axle.
