Hello there! We just bought our first side-by-side 2 days ago and are trying to learn about our UFORCE 600.
We have been getting a lot of input from friends about being careful during the break-in period and already have our first question.
How do we know where 1/2 throttle is???

I don't have the info in front of me, but if you can get the horsepower rating at an RPM just cut that RPM number in half and drive around at that.  Quick internet search said 6250 rpm, not sure if the 600 has an RPM limiter.  So buzz around at 3100 or so, might be kind of slow though.
Just avoid overheating, as that can cause the oil to glaze on the cylinder walls and prevent the rings from seating.

Our dealer said no break in required. I'm not sure I'll be doing that. Every motorcycle/mini bike, car, boat suggested a break in period.  ;)

I ran mine in the 3500 range for the first 20 hours in low range as well.

Painful for sure, but I am a firm believer in doing a proper break in. I was bird hunting up some logging roads so I was able to vary the speed and have several cool down periods.

We ran into issues with the shifter not staying aligned.  Make sure its working right before its out of warranty.  We couldn't get it in or out of gear at times.

Otherwise, it has lived up to the reviews for the most part.  We did the break in as per the owners manual and then serviced.

We use ours for everything imaginable, including routinely pulling an 8ft trailer.
