Uforce 600 overheating
« on: May 01, 2017, 06:37:00 PM »
My Uforce 600 Rancher is showing overheating light and gauge. I put jumper on fan switch and fan runs but still have light and gauge showing hot. Radiator water cool. I can't find a thermostat or water pump because of limited visual because of body cowling. Does this machine have thermostat? If so, where? Where is the water pump? Please help.

The mechanic at the dealership said that this particular model gets air locked in the cooling system.  I have tried parking on steep hill, running it at high speed but nothing works. Once in a while the heat will return to normal but then it goes back to hot in a few minutes. What a piece of crap.

they must have come up with a good way to bleed it at the dealer at least no? I would take it in or at least see if they have a good way to purge the air. It is under warranty?
