I have a XY XUV 500CC 4x4 4seater has the 2010 CF Moto Uforce 500cc drive train  . Its stuck in 4wd and i can get it do shift out. I bought a new actuator and plugged it in and still i get nothing. The switch is working and I can see the relays moving below the dash for the different positions. It reads in 4wd on the dash . All the fuses are good and seems to have power so i don't think its the actuator since I tried a new one and it does not work either . Does not seem like the switch or relay. What could it be ? Stumped?  Also, it will not go into low gear. Does the unit have to be in low gear to switch out of regular 4wd? I bought it like it is so i have never seen it switch in or out of 4wd before. Any help would be appreciated.

You see the relays moving? Anyway pull the actuator and move the slider by hand to verify it will move freely and functions normally. Then test the electrical connections at the actuator per the manual. Some earlier models did need to be moving before they changed either in or out so check that the speed sensor is working.
