Went out today to take the 1000 for a ride.  Nothing!  Didnt turn over, didnt click nothing.  Tried to jump...nothing.  Charged battery...battery good.  Checked the main fuse...good.  Any ideas before I have to resort to taking it to the dealer?

There were some in the previous years that has bad crimps internally in the main fuse holder. These would break connection and leave people stumped. A sign of this is power on the incoming side of the main fuse but something less to none on the outgoing side. A simple probe- test is all it takes. Otherwise some dealers have been known not to tighten the battery connections during prep. Check those. Do..also check that the kill switch is in the run position.

A mechanic friend came over and checked out the fuses and insured they were good.  He tested at the starter and no power getting there.  Must be somewhere between the fuses, switch and starter.  Dang was wanting to ride this weekend.
