Hey folks. I have a 2021 UForce 1000 with 5250 kms. it started making  a clunking/snapping sound while coasting to a stop. It only makes the noise in H. Reverse and low range are quiet. Any ideas/ suggestions. Obviously I am over the kms for warranty.

Odd clunking and other noises are known to happen when the belt starts separating and loosing cogs so inspect it first as well as the primary retention bolt and nut.

If it was the belt wouldn't it make the same noise in reverse and low?

Process of elimination...and not necessarily. Different loads on separating belts produce different conditions. If it is in the transmission you are looking at a full rebuild as the case has to be split so let's do some investigation first.

Well it turns out tha NMKawierider was correct. It was a bad belt. Thanks man. My faith in CF Moto has been restored. I love this machine.
