Running lights question
« on: December 03, 2022, 07:16:35 PM »
Is there any way to ride without the front and rear running lights on during the day and still have the ability to use low beam and high beam headlights?  I tried pulling a fuse but that just turned everything off.  Thanks for any ideas.

There's always a way. Just depends on how badly you want something. Just need to kill the source power after the headlight feed, not before it like was done by pulling the lighting circuit fuse. A wiring diagram would be nice to have. Sorry, I don't have one.

There is a tri-angular plug under the front passenger side hood.  Disconnecting this plug will disable the running lights.  Headlamps will still work as normal.  If you take off the front hood, just reach under the passenger side hood and you should see the plug.  This is for a 22 U1K.
