Hi folks. I have inherited a problem with a 2019 Uforce 1000. The previous guy wanted to replace the primary with new stage 1 clutch. The problem started with him breaking the clutch pulley bolt off by not knowing it was left hand thread.

So all that said, with a broken drill bit in the remaining broken bolt inside, I have managed to get the drill bit out and will continue to slowly drill pilot hole to use an extractor to turn out the remaining broken bolt. Is there a wet clutch behind backside of the primary  and case? How is the back part of the primary sheave held on? My Yamaha Rhino had a wet clutch so I'm thinking along those lines. I can't find diagrams or a service manual to help. Any info would be very much appreciated.

No wet clutch. That broken bolt by way of specific torque, forces the clutch hub over a tapered area of the crank. You must use the special puller to get it off...and to do that you MUST get the rest of the broken bolt out. You can get these pullers on ebay but always remember to dab a little grease on the tip and the threads of the puller. Otherwise it may seize and break off inside and that..will be a real problem. Don't try to take it off without the puller as you will damage the clutch. If it is an aftermarket clutch, check with the manufacturer on what puller to use. I don't have the service manual for the UF 1000 but I do for the 18/19 Z 1000. As the engines are the same, all that clutch stuff will also be the same including the torque specs.
