Thanks for the materials list. I'm going to try make one with flat bar stock of steel or aluminum. It'll tuck into the frame  nicely, and will be easier to bend and TiG weld. I will attempt to draw up and 3D print the hinges, window frame-to-door frame clips, sliding window channels and some sort of door latch contraption. I'll use Carbon Fiber Nylon. This will be interesting.....

Can’t wait to see it

You'll be waiting a bit......my garage is only half-finished, and I'm waiting for my electrician to hook up the 220V outlets for the compressor, welders and plasma cutter. I've been welding in the house basement, and fabbing in the cold garage (garage doors ae not installed yet).

How thick is the Lexan you used? 1/4"?

Ya that’s not fun
I had my garage up an done before we moved in it was a must

Ya 1/4 lexan

1 sheet doesn’t quite do everything
I used my 1/2 front windshield just notched it an flipped  it over an the back is actually 3” or so short on each side
I used some other stuff behind each seat to fill the gap
I’m cheap an wasn’t buying another sheet lol

Heres what i came up with. I made a video on YouTube also. Next time i would probably just spend the 2 grand on factory doors. I have probably 400 into these plus the 600 dirt specialties half doors and alot of time.
The lexan sheet was 170 from home Depot. I only used about half of it

That looks awesome man
Ya when you account for time doors an material the factory doors would be better an Likley better

But I get bored lol an like to make stuff

I have a blower fan that just pulls heat from the engine where the fold down seat is an it keeps the cab warmish I’d say so the inferno
Heater should cook in there
That’s next yr for me
