Grease Points
« on: February 21, 2022, 01:40:51 PM »
My apologies if this has been asked and answered, please help me to the correct post if so.  On the U1000 how many grease points are there and where are they.  I cannot seem to find definitive answers anywhere and want to be sure I'm getting them all.

CFM has only put grease points on a-arms, rear knuckles and some sway bar bushings. Other then that the UForce has a dump bed and those may have some grease points, there isn't anything else to my knowledge.

I took my rear wheels off this weekend. There are 5 at the each rear corner, 2 on the rear swaybar, and 2 at each front corner. Rear corners have 2 on knuckles(top & bottom), 1 on upper a-arm, and 2 at bottom a-arm. On the rear knuckles, I unscrewed the straight zerks and put in 45* zerks. I had to unbolt the top a-arm from the knuckle to remove and replace the zerks. I greased the machine before putting the wheels back on but now I should be able to catch the zerks through the wheels. Definitely put a rag on the rotor as they are close and grease could get on it.
