Florida Pricing
« on: November 09, 2024, 07:57:39 AM »
Hi All,
I live in Florida and have spent a week pricing the 2024 UForce 1000. The prices are all over the place and I am having trouble pinpointing what would be a good deal. There is a $1000 rebate until the end of the month. The difference really comes down to what the dealers charge for freight, setup, and dealer fees. The numbers have been bouncing around $16,000 plus out the door. This is not for the XL. Any help on ballpark pricing out the door and or dealer recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

For me it would be a matter of a dealer that can give me confidant service and not too far away. Bank on issues that must be addressed under warranty and what it will take to have them addressed. A thousand bucks or so either way won't mean much is you have to drive several hours just to get something fixed..and weather that dealer can fix it. So many these days can't. I guess what I'm saying s the best deal isn't always attached to the dolor sign, it's who you start this relationship with. A little like "some" women, the prettiest aren't always the most cost effective. :)

I understand that but the dealers are all pleasant when trying to sell you something lol. How service goes will been seen after it has a problem.  A few hundred is not the problem prices are ranging 17200- 15,200. With that big a discrepancy so far how do you know what you should be paying, and I hate calling dealers and speaking to them with the song and dance crap. That is why I am trying to find out what other people have paid. Tracker UTV list the shipping and prep on all their units so at least that pricing is the same for everyone. Not saying they are not making a huge profit, but at least they make it even for everyone.

I guess you can take it anywhere for service so get the best...or lowest price for yourself possible, get it, then go to a local dealer...or one with a good rep. for service.

If you're willing to be patient you can get a good deal.

First off, winter, even in Florida is a slow season for motorcycle dealers. What I would do is make some low, but reasonable, offers to dealers within 50 miles from you. They'll probably tell you they can't go that low. But what will happen is a few weeks later those dealership will start emailing you asking are you still interested. You tell them hell Ya but here's where you are on price. Get them to start sharpening their pencils. Pit them against each other, even fib a little. Be prepared to come up a little but as long as your offer is reasonable you'll get the deal you want.

Thanks That is what we did, we found one out the door for what I considered decent pricing, just brought it home last night lol.
