Has anyone else experienced excessive rattling coming from the dump box when the machine is idling? If so how did you fix it? I tried to shim between the frame and where the box latches down. I attempted to put foam tape between the box and the tailgate. None of this has helped stop the incessant rattling which makes me want to rip my hair out.

Remove the pivot pins , drill out a little bit and replace with grade 8 7/16 bolts (or metric equivalent) along with washers and a nylon locking nut.  Tighten them up, no more rattle.  It is rattling at the point where the dump bed pivots/ the hinge.

Same issue with the bed rattling and making a high pitch squeak at times. Doesn’t happen with the bed up. Wish someone who has fixed this would make a video.
