Gotta love the cigarette ash. I blew mine away before I recorded!

So now I'm confused. Your 0-55 took about 20 seconds. My 5-55 took about 15 seconds. Hmmmm. Maybe the power is not dropping off so fast after peak HP.

Tinkering update

Ive replaced my spring with a
200-600 0951-1014
18g weights an clocked to b2
Engagement is around 16-1800 rpm’s
62-6400 rpm’s on wot take off
Drop to 55-5800 an holding till over 60kph then climbing to
65-6800 at 75kph with good pull

Gave it a good gain over factory an kept that quiet ride with enuf power to run 30s in high all day

The 200-1600 0951-1017 spring
18g an clocked to b2
Adds a ton of power an holds power at 65-7200rpms
But kills your top speed an the machine just runs so loud

So I just replaced my weights with the factory 20g an has made quite the change take off rpm is higher but with spring an clocking is smooth
Mid range power has climbed considerably an at maintaining speed rpm’s level out 70 kohl’s at 4800 to 5000 rpm vs the 6k+ before
Low ranger is a power house ripping all the way to rev limit if needed
I’ve yet to do some technical trail riding but will update later this week

I’m under 10 secs now to hit 55 with the 20g weights back in

This is a great set up for anyone tuning 29”-30” tires doing trail riding (mine are quite Rocky an wet) with some high speed sections pulls hard in the mid range Can run high on basic trail riding With minimal jerking An low is full of power for towing an crawling Take off is smoother then factory by miles

Top speeds on fire rd 102kms not pushing it
(114 was previous best lol )

Thanks for posting all your testing! So what did you settle on for 30" tires, the 0951-1014, 18g, and C1?

I'm new to CVTs and SxSs but have a pretty solid mechanical background. Seems like swapping these myself is better than the $250 USD they sell kits for.
