About 500 miles on 2019 Uforce 1000. Throttle was surging uncontrollably-especially in low gear while descending hills. I took it to dealer. He said no service bulletins and no way to adjust. I wrote to CFMoto and notified them of the dangerous situation and requested a warranty repair. They responded and I returned machine to the dealer with instructions to contact CFMoto dealer support. Computer was removed and shipped to CFMoto for programming upgrade. Tried it out today and problem seems to be fixed but now the EFI light is on steady. Not flashing a code. Back to the dealer she must go!  Tell your dealer about the surging throttle and demand the fix!
