I'll jump in, I have a 2015 Cforce 500ho 2up and have had very minor issues. I only have 400 miles on it though in 2.5 years but use it to plow my driveway and a little trail riding. This summer I took it out in the hills and the muffler bracket broke and did a little damage to the plastic. I took it home and welded it back on and it is never coming off again. I have had issues on ice where it kicks out of gear and sounds like 2 gears trying to mess. only does it in winter and on ice. It has all the power I need and does around 50 mph on the street. that's fast enough for me. it does sound a little tinny but I have never owned any other atvs to compare the sound to so not sure if it's normal sounding. it does get hot on the right and does have issues shifting the lever at times, all normal issues for ever one with this model. There is a pin that locks the shifter and it is extracted by the foot brake using a spring and that is the main reason the shifter sticks. over all you get more for you money as far as options than with all the big names like winch and handle guards, dash display, wheels . So over all I have not been disappointed.

I went to the local dealer last night and looked at Cforce 800 XC. This machine appears to be bottom up redesign with some excellent engineering decisions. There is nothing mediocre about this machine. Suspension, wheels, engine, seating, steering, headlights, receiver, and more are all huge improvements over their predecessor.

I'm thinking they've leap-frogged the competition at this price point.

if I were in the market for a new ATV, I would buy one of these without hesitation.

Regarding your CForce 800 XC comments...Yes this thing caught my eye also!  So much so, I took the leap of faith and bought one.

Now I am nervous as h-ll about my purchase!

Brand new design, including the 800 cc engine (not the same 800 as offered in prior years).  I hope CFMoto got it right and she ends up being reliable.  My nerves will not settle down until I get some reliable hours out of it.

There needs to be a CF0rce 800 XC specific category as it is not the same machine as prior CForce 800(s).

Anyone out there have experience with the newly designed 2019 CForce 800 XC that can help put my mind at ease a bit?

I do have one concern already.  On a cold start, the oil pressure alarm does produce about 3 beeps, before the oil light goes out and the alarm stops beeping.  Once it does go out, I have not had any oil pressure warnings while running so it may be "normal"?  It only concerns me because I have never had a motor cycle or other machine where the oil warning stayed on so long during a cold start.  Any one else experiencing this characteristic related to their 800 XC?

I'll make a CForce 800 XC category-specific under CForce. Not many out there yet with the new XCs or the new 800 engines but if the 1000s are an example, being a new design as well, they have had very little issues unlike the first 800s...or 500s.

Thanks for the insight regarding the 1000.  That puts my mind at ease a little.  I hope you are correct about the new 800s such that the positive trend will continue.

Also, I'll be my own contributor here regarding the oil alarm.  I stopped by my local dealer on the way home from work today and had them fire up their demo 2019 CForce 800 XC.  The oil light on their unit also remained on and the alarm beeped two or three times before the oil light went off just like mine.  Therefore, I am going to assume it is a normal condition for our cold weather starts here in PA right now.  I will continue to monitor, but as of now, I don't think it is anything to worry about.

If it came with 15w-40 that would be a contributing factor to a cold start oil pressure issue. once you change it go with a 5w or 10w and it will probably change.

keep in mind that the 800XC engine is the same exact design as the ZFORCE 1000 which was launched in 2018. and other countries were already running that engine in the ATV chassis in 2018 as well (1000 and 800)

I purchased a 2019 CF 500s about 3 weeks ago and have put 120 miles on it so far.  I traded a 2012 Kymco 450 Maxxer for it, great machine but it is 7 years old.  My impressions so far on the 500s is that the fit and finish is top notch, all of the welds look good and solid. I love the EPS and the winch is a great addition not to mention the built in 12v power port and twin USB ports.  The motor is just a tad sluggish for a 498cc machine in my opinion compared to the former 450i Kymco and I also have a 2015 Polaris 570 Sportsman.  My only issue is that my gas gauge is inaccurate.  Last week I put 75 miles on it on trails and the Empty indicator was flashing and had been on for 1/2hr before I got back to my vehicle to load it up.  On my way home I filled the atv up and all I could get in it was 2.7 gal.  The specs say it is a 3.7 gal tank with a .4 gal reserve which I take as 4.1 gal total capacity.  Beyond that it runs great, the ride is great and the shocks also have an adjustable preload.  I am quite happy so far. If you do decide on one check the front skid plate as the two front mounting bolts were missing.

I purchased 2- 500's 2020 for my sons and so far so good and the are BRUTAL on everything, true about missing the 2 front bolts, but they ripped those off by hitting rocks so they cracked that plate being plastic, so i brought them to a machine shop for a blueprint and he made me 2 units for the front of their units about 85 each was his price but now at least they have the protection.
Were upto about 80miles of maine and NH trails so mainly very muddy/tons of rock n mountain type trails and holding up just fine.
