Is that mileage correct?!? For those of us in the states that's 7,543 miles! Is that your main vehicle? Lol.
Absolutely amazing. You should send that to Cfmoto I'm sure they'd love to hear and probably use that in their ads.

That is a leader bike at a rental tour company. Yes cfmoto knows I talk about a few of my customers with hi miles on the x550 ho's. And no major problems, basically no problems.
If it has Pistons or Tits you will encounter problems.

I took a buddy of mine riding last year, fresh out of the Marine Corps, and he rented a Honda Rancher 420 for the trails. We had a great day riding, covering territory and trails that I had never covered in 5+ years of riding that trail system. At some point, we checked the odometer and found it was at 7,791 miles !! The guy who rented them stated that they put bearings in them at around 2k miles, but otherwise they were bulletproof. I gotta say, it was a very harsh, noisy, vibrating hot mess of a ride, but ... damn .. it still ran !! Amazing to know that CF Moto machines can in fact put that amount of miles on to be compared to a Honda.

PS - we did swamp the Rancher in a mudhole, and we cleaned it up as best as we could before returning it. The rental guy seemed rather unconcerned, even after we admitted to putting that Rancher through a hard day. He went on to say that the worst it ever came back was when a group of Amish boys came in and rented all of his machines, and proceeded to thrash, trash and drown every single ATV. He said they must have just found a few choice mudholes and played in them all day long !

2016 800 no pwr str. Shift rod needed adjust when new , kept jumping out of low. Coolant sensor went around 150 miles. Overflow coolant reservoir had hairline crack and leaked since new. Currently has 300 miles and happy with it so far . Really drives /handles well .

2015 800
1200 miles
Mirrors got sacrificed the tree gods lol
Vss sensor loose
Rear cylinder valve cover gasket was leaking
Got that replaced under warranty
Still using oil between ~750-1150 miles I have added almost a gallon of oil total to keep it full, been to dealer 3 times and about 6 weeks of down time they found the pressure relief valve was stuck, said it shouldn't use more oil...time will tell

Update
Well yesterday at 1336.9 miles it threw a rod through the back side of the block.
Had it 11 months now been at dealer a total of 3 months so far. Took to dealership last night

2013 CF500, 2,500miles. Had sensor for reverse light go out, have replaced fuel tap with aftermarket as was leaking, replaced fuel hose and filter from tank to suit new tap. Has a slight weep from oil seal on front diff but not enough to bother doing anything about it. Other wise cannot kill it.  ;D

That sux, Sorry to hear that. That 800 never sounded like it was healthy from what you reported already. I would insist on a new buggy altogether or a crate engine. Keep us posted.

2016 z force 800ex/eps.    Have had no real issues yet, 279 miles and getting ready to go back to dealer for doors, Woo hoo, I have to say I am extremely pleased with this machine, many of my friends have razr's and everyone of them have had tons of issues so I'm so sick of the Polaris guys snubbing there noses at imo what is a better built machine, that's just my 2 cents

Our 2016 Zforce w/eps has had the shocks replaced and are taking it in this weekend because it looks like the headlights are bubbling/melting.  We are still under warranty so they should be covered.  We did call our selling dealer and we could hear him in the background saying what does he want me to do about it and was he running the lights during the day?  um, yea we were in the woods where I want the other people riding with me to be able to see me!

Not warranty:  we bent the tie rod which you cannot get by itself. you have to get the whole assembly for around $100.

So far happy with the machine, not necessarily the 2 dealers that we have been working with!

I didn't see you make mention of those two dealers, but it would definitely contribute to the discussion.

I wasn't sure I wanted too  ;)  Butteroff's is where we bought it and THAT was a great experience, however he was the one that wanted to know what we thought he should do about the headlights. He is 3 hours from us so he is not necessarily our first choice for warranty work because of the distance. So we opted for B & B sales and service in Manhiem (1 1/2 hours away)for the shocks. We scheduled an apt and when we got there they proceeded to tell us that their customers come first, repeatedly. That if any work comes in ours will not be first to be looked at. Then he actually asked us why we bought it somewhere else ( we did go there and tried to work out a deal, but they didn't want to give us what butteroff's did for our 4 wheelers and the CF moto was higher in price...we told them all the numbers and they didn't want to budge so we went with the better deal and told them that we would have our warranty work done with them because they were closer and they said that would NOT be a problem. So that's been our experiences so far!

Thanks. I asked because I will probably be buying from one of those two, with Karns also a possibility. I like Karns for the sales guys, and I like B&B for the size of the shop and mechanical know-how. I'd guess that I will buy from Karns and service it at B&B, as they are identical in price, but I've always found the co-owner of Karns to be a straight shooter and knowledgeable guy - I met him about 5 years ago at the York Fairgrounds. I think Buttorfs will give me a better price, but its the farthest of the 3 by a good bit.

Are you close to Kittaning?  Kibuk's have been treating me vey well. I did not buy mine there but they treat me as if I did.  They're 1 1/2 hrs from me and every issue I've had they've picked up and delivered my machine.

I just checked.....for us it's about 4 1/2 hours away.  B&B took was great to work with on Saturday. They allowed us to remove the headlights and bring them in without having to trailer the whole machine.  They will be sending pics to CF moto and then we will go from there but he said they should have no problem covering them.
